The mall is located on Vital Mallya Road, named after Vijay Mallya's father, right in the heart of Bengaluru, next to Cubbon Park and the JW Marriott hotel.

The construction of UB City cost around 1500 crores or 200 million dollars, which includes the luxury apartments within the complex. These apartments are known to be some of the most expensive in India, with starting prices around 20 crore or 2.7 million US dollars.

The highlight of UB City is The Collection, India's first luxury mall. Here, you can find high-end brands such as Louis Vuitton, Rolex, Burberry, and Ferragamo. While the tax on luxury goods in India is high at 28%, UB City is still a great place to hang out and experience the modern luxury of Bangalore.

I was absolutely impressed by the decor and ambiance of Shiro restaurant. The grandeur and tall ceilings overwhelmed me as soon as I entered. The restaurant had a massive and impressive look that added to the overall dining experience.

I was excited to introduce my friends, Miriam and Precious, to Shiro. They were equally thrilled about the lunch experience and the opportunity to try something new. We were all looking forward to indulging in delicious sushi and drinks.
